The ingredients are carefully selected sweet potatoes from southern Kyushu, Kogane Senkan, and the pure water produced by one of Japan's largest evergreen broad-leaved forests in Aya, Miyazaki, as well as our own proprietary yeast, Hyuga-Nada Kuroshio Yeast, harvested from the Hyuga-Nada Sea in Miyazaki Prefecture.
